Targets
Each target sits in the box of its localisation in the cell (Targets sheet, column Localisation), then in the sub-box of its subclass (column Subclass); targets with no subclass stand loose. Inside a box, the biggest first. Size: number of trials; colour: most advanced phase; pale: no active trial. Trials of industry sponsors.

Competitive intelligence
Who works on a target, in which indications, and how far they are: players with an active trial (running or planned), their trials coloured by phase.
Target mode: the target in the centre, then the molecules acting on it (grouped by family of mechanism), the players (lead sponsors) running them and their trials, coloured by phase (phase written in the dot, 0 = early phase 1; red cross when stopped). Player mode: the player in the centre, then its trials (grouped by molecule), their molecules and the targets of these molecules. Each node is drawn once. Search a condition after the search: the trials that carry none of the chosen MeSH terms fade, with the nodes left without any; nothing leaves the map. Hover a node to light its path; click a trial to open it, a molecule to see its life in Program, a player or a target to switch mode. Enriched trials only.
Preview. A strategic report on one indication, built box by box. Available: therapeutic landscape (target × molecule by phase). In progress: competition, momentum, clinical evidence, sponsors, opportunities, catalysts, strategic transactions.
Indication intelligence
A readout is the primary completion of a running or planned trial (recruiting, not yet recruiting, active not recruiting, enrolling by invitation): the first date at which results become possible. "planned" when the sponsor gives it as an estimate. The filters above apply; the boxes keep only the trials that match them (biomarker, combination and modality need an enriched trial). Click a trial to open it.
Preview. Each molecule linked to its trials and their posted results on ClinicalTrials.gov. In progress: endpoint-level reading of the results (arms, primary endpoints, met or not) to compare assets on like-for-like endpoints.
